environmentally friendly hotel with patient staff from the breakfast staff to the managers. perfect location by a dense rainforest, 30 min on foot to tallow beach. and very close to the main center for breakfast, the creek and the beach and the town centre.

I like the suite concept. The space is large enough for a family with small children and you can choose to be self-catering instead of eating at the hotel outlets. The design is beautiful and the location and landscaping is fantastic.
I have no complaints except for the early check-out time. It should be extended to 12 noon, given that we can only check in ater 2pm. Also, we had a blown fuse in the middle of the night and it became pitch black. It took some time before a staff could come and fix it.

the rooms were very comfortable, self contained, clean. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The only downside it is not within walking distance to the heart of Byron Bay, and requires shuttle bus or local public transport to get there.

We were planning to go out in Byron but the resort and restaurant were superb so we did not leave for 2 days. Lovely staff, divine restaurant and luxurious setting. Our deluxe suite with spa was heavenly. Best accommodation experience over past 10 years of travel worldwide.
